1. Shipping and Taxes

We support worldwide shipping, but shipping costs are not included (buyer pays shipping fees). All orders are shipped using a tax-free, customs-free, and VAT payment method (import duties and VAT are already covered by us), so buyers do not need to pay additional taxes upon receipt.

2. Return and Refund Policy

Standard Edition Watches: Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days of receipt if the watch strap is unremoved, unused, and without scratches. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Custom Edition Watches: Due to their personalized nature, returns and refunds are not accepted once production has begun. Please confirm carefully before placing your order.

3. Right to Modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms will be posted on the website without further notice.
